THE SINGAPORE CYCLING FEDERATION ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH ASCENT BIKES
The Singapore Cycling Federation is proud to announce Ascent Bikes as an Official Partner for the 2024 SCF Track and Wheel To Dream Series to be held in the Jurong West Stadium between 18 February and 17 November 2024. These events serve to catalyse the development of youth cyclists as well as promote Club competition on a regular basis. Details as follows:

“SCF is appreciative of the support from Ascent Bikes to develop a series of Track Events to create a more vibrant and diverse Calendar of events for 2024,” said Dr Hing Siong Chen, SCF’s President.
Ascent Bikes is a Singaporean company which aims to bring cutting-edge bicycle technology to the global cycling community through its passion and rider-focused innovation. According to Mr Yee Qing Xiang, Ascent Bike’s Founder and CEO, “Ascent Bikes is delighted to support the SCF Track and Wheel to Dream Series in encouraging the development of cycling in Singapore, and the participation of more youths in the sport.”
Separately, SCF would also like to acknowledge the support of AttitudeBikes Pte Ltd for the sponsorship of medals for each event.
About The Series
Name of Event: Wheel to Dream Series presented by Ascent Bikes (series of 4 events)
- Each event will have prizes/medals and an overall general classification over the 4 events.
- Top 3 winners in each category, per event: Ascent Bikes Vouchers ($300, $200, $100).
- Overall Winner: Ascent Bikes Vouchers ($1000, $700, $500) for the overall top 3 winners for the 4-event series.
Name of Event: SCF Track Series presented by Ascent Bikes (series of 3 events)
- Each event will have prizes/medals.
- Ascent Bikes Vouchers ($300, $200, $100) for top 3 winners in each category, per event.
- SCF National Ranking Points would be awarded for the top10 winners and the top ranked riders (road events) would be awarded Yellow Jerseys at the end of the 2024 racing season.
About the Singapore Cycling Federation
The Singapore Cycling Federation (SCF) was established in 1958 and is registered with the Registry of Societies. It is recognized by Sport Singapore (Singapore Sports Council) as the national governing body for the promotion and development of the sport of cycling. It is affiliated to the Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC), the Asean Cycling Association (ACA), the Asian Cycling Confederation (ACC) and Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI). The SCF is also a Charity and an Institution of Public Character (IPC).
SCF is responsible for the licensing of competitive cyclists, sanctioning of local cycling events, and to ensure compliance with UCI international regulations in competitions world-wide, involving Singapore-registered cyclists and Singapore-registered teams.
