Conflict of Interest Declaration
On an annual basis, all MC members and staff would be required to make a conflict of interest declaration. A staff or MC member who declares that he/she has existing/potential conflict of interest is required to state the conflict of interest (including persons, companies with whom/which he/she has official dealings and/or private interest) and for this to be escalated to the President, SCF. He/She will then be required to recuse himself/herself from all transactions, recommendations or decision making on matters pertaining to the subject matter in which he/she is in a conflicted position.
