All participants (except cadet categories) of SCF organised or sanctioned races must posses either a UCI racing license or day license

- 'Season' refers to all events from 01 January to 31 December of the calendar year
- UCI Race Licenses are only valid for 1 seaon and must be renewed yearly to maintain it's validity
